How to Order

You can order online by logging into your wholesale account or you can also place the order by calling 619 Awesome (293-7633). Another option is to email your order to sales@awesomeperfumes.com.

Minimum Order Requirement

For wholesale customers, the minimum order required is $1000 which excludes the shipping cost and any applicable taxes.

Pricing Terms

We always offer our best and lowest prices but our prices may change without prior notice. The updated price list will always supercede the old price list. Wholesale prices are only available to resellers. We will need a copy of your resale certificate/sellers permit to verify your eligibility.

Payment Terms:

Awesome perfumes accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) and EFT Payments. If paying via EFT please email us the proof of payment at sales@awesomeperfumes.com. We also accept checks and money orders. You can use any mode of payment but your order will be shipped only when we have received the funds.

Net 30 Terms

You can apply for credit terms with us by filling out an application form with at least three credit references and other required information. You may also get a credit application by request via our contact us page or by calling 619 Awesome (293 -7663) after a minimum transaction of $50,000 dollars. Checks returned due to insufficient funds could be considered fraud and subject the check writer to prosecution and fines. However, we understand that usually there is no criminal intent and in these circumstances, we will only charge the customer a reimbursement for bank fees and other incurred costs.

Delivery Window

We normally ship all orders within 24-48 hours, however, during the busy holiday season, it may take up to 3-5 business days. Larger orders may require even more time. Please contact customer service for more information about you order delivery.

Shipping

Shipping cost is not included in the cost of goods. It will be calculated at the time of delivery and can vary depending on the size/weight of the wholesale order and mode of shipment. Please make sure to provide a physical address to ship your order.

Out of Stock Items

We normally display the products on our website that we have in stock but sometimes there may be unavoidable outages. If you order something that is out of stock, we will either hold you order for a few days (if we know we are getting it) or we will ship your order without that item. You can reorder the out of stock items in your next order. We will send you a packing slip with every order and will notify you the items that were out of stock and were not shipped. We will also update you when the out of stock items are available.

Product Samples:

We do not provide any free samples of perfumes and colognes, however, many of our fragrances are available in tester and mini sizes, you can always order the new arrivals in testers before ordering in bulk.

Claims and Returns

Please notify us for any shipping errors/damaged goods/shortages within 5 days of receipt of your wholesale order. Goods damaged during transit are the responsibility of the carrier. Please retain the original packing material for inspection by carrier’s agent if you are filing a claim for damaged goods. For wrong orders shipped, please call or email our customer service for a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. A 50% rehandling charge will apply to any unauthorized return. Please read our return policy for full information.

Terms of Sale:

All wholesale orders are subject to approval by awesomeperfumes.com. Once your order is approved and processed you cannot cancel the order, however you can add additional items to your order if it has not been shipped yet. Sometimes your delivery can delayed if there is any accident/transportation issues or any other circumstances which are beyond our control. If you want to return wholesale items for any reason, we will take them back for a restocking fee of 30% as long as they are in saleable condition and in its original packaging.
